Description
What is a Yellow Pepper? A standard bell pepper goes through different colours as it ripens. The Yellow pepper is the middle stage of this, making it a great balance between the bitter flavour of the green pepper and the sweet red pepper. Ideal raw or cooked and adds a splash of colour to any dish. Peppers are a member of the Capsicum family and were first brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus from the Americas. This versatile fruit soon made its way into many cuisines.
