Started in the 1970s, a group of locals started the Shropshire Spice Company. Best known for their range of gourmet stuffing mixes, they offer family favourites such as sage and onion, as well as innovative blends. This sage, red pepper and shallot, wholemeal stuffing mix goes well with all types of meat.
