Delivery & Returns

Please see below our weekly delivery schedule, depending on volumes this may alter. If you do not see your address within please email us.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated confirmation, we will then deliver on the day specified below. If there are any changes to your delivery day, we will email you to confirm when the delivery will be arriving. We also offer a free automated text message order reminder system. This will send you a weekly reminder to place your order the day before your cut off time. If you wish to sign up to this, please send us an email with your name, mobile phone number and address to orders@heddensofwoodtown.co.uk. We will then respond to let you know that you have been added to the list.

To guarantee your delivery slot we require orders to be place at least 48 hours prior to the allocated delivery day for your area.

Orders of £15 and above qualify for free delivery, all orders below £15 will incur a £2.95 service/delivery charge.


WEDNESDAYS

Braunton, Ilfracombe, Combe Martin and Woolacombe

THURSDAYS

Chumleigh, Chawleigh, Chittlehamholt, High Bickington, Umberleigh, Weare Giffard, Torrington and South Molton area.

FRIDAYS

Holsworthy, Shebbear, Stibb Cross, Putford, Bradworthy, Alverdiscott, Newton Tracey, Westleigh, Littleham, Hartland, Woolsery, Instow, Yelland, Fremington, Roundswell and Sticklepath.

SATURDAYS

Braunton, Pilton, Barnstaple Town Centre, Gorwell, Forches, Whiddon Valley and Newport. Bideford, Northam, Appledore and Westward Ho!


Please note: Delivery schedules can change due to volume demands, we will do our best to keep you updated of any changes.

We guarantee that our products will be of a satisfactory condition and quality (with the exception of defects caused by your misuse, neglect or by accidents while the goods were in your possession).

Please notify us if you are dissatisfied with any of our products. If upon examination, they are defective or faulty we will gladly refund you the price paid for them

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at woodtownfarm@outlook.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at woodtownfarm@outlook.com
